We would like to announce you that a new vacancy is now available in Service & Customer Support department of Diagnostics Division: Field Service Engineer.

This new position can be based in Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest.

This is an external staff position for 2-year’s contract. Your employer will be a third-party supplier, in service for Roche.

Key responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the delivery of best in class support and a differentiated customer experience in relation with a wide range of medical instruments and devices that are present in a Medical Laboratory.
• You will work closely with the service field and commercial teams.
• You will offer customer support for the assigned portfolio, mainly through performing preventive maintenance and backup for the existing team of Field Service Engineers.

Who you are

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Technology or equivalent knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology.
• You have an advanced English level, native Romanian speaker and have knowledge of MS office.
• You have IT advanced skills. 
• You have work experience in customer support in a field role; this is a plus.
• You have clean driving license – B category - this is a must as well as the availability to travel in the field.
