You will work with a wide array of different B2B partners worldwide to ensure their happiness as we grow the AirHelp platform. You’ll have a tangible impact on the organization and will enjoy lots of space for professional growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with major players in the travel industry to offer new value for air passengers globally. 
  • Work closely with a multinational team of professionals across the company, playing a key role in ensuring our B2B partnerships are satisfactory and beneficial. 
  • Enjoy a friendly and flexible work environment, where you will be expected to be unsupervised and take full charge of the tasks assigned.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • You have proven experience in Account Management.
  • You have the ability to listen, negotiate and influence, and can create top-notch presentations.
  • You are a great communicator skilled at building strong business relationships through compelling and witty emails as well as on the phone and in person.
  • You have an analytical mind with the ability to talk to technical teams. 
  • You are committed, task-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve top results.
  • You speak English fluently. 

Nice to have:

  • You have experience with Travel (preferably OTAs or TMCs), Insurance or Tech industry.
  • You can speak Spanish, Turkish, or Portuguese.
