About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer reporting to the Engineering Manager of the Core Experiences team, you'll help shape some of the most visible and impactful customer experiences in Remitly's applications. From the home screen to critical profile and account management tools, you'll help build a technical strategy and lead initiatives to ensure customers can discover and manage the right information at the right time. Your full-stack experience will make you a trusted resource for understanding, working in, and improving the various backend, edge, and frontend systems powering these key experiences. By mentoring other engineers, partnering with product and design partners, working with platform teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Remitly's engineering systems and processes, you'll play a key role in scaling the team's impact both internally and externally.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $136,000-$170,000. In Canada, Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
