We are now looking for Customer Success Architect (Technical)

Your tasks will include: 

  • Passion for perfection and helping our customers to be successful
  • Doing the right thing for our customers and providing them with the best level of experience with our products
  • Enhance customer experience by listening to customer requirements, gathering feedback, and effectively communicating them across organizational boundaries
  • Being technical champion for our customers, focusing on connecting their technical and business requirements in partnership with Customer Success Managers
  • Being a technical advisor for our customers to help them achieve their business outcomes related to Kasten and Veeam products and solutions, and in complementary fields outside of Kasten and Veeam products
  • Effectively work across organizations including engineering, sales, and product management teams during Proof of Concept (POC), product demo for existing or prospective customers
  • Contribute to technical documentation such Knowledge Base, Best Practices, Blogs, White Papers, etc., based on product features, customer issue root cause analysis and internal findings
  • Effectively partner and collaborate with sales teams on customer adoption, retention and finding growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of accounts, and partner with Customer Success Managers, Sales and Support to define and execute account and portfolio strategy
  • Support the expansion and renewal opportunities
  • Effectively and efficiently manage time, balancing tasks, and priorities
  • Effectively represent Kasten by Veeam product and capabilities to our customers
  • Traveling for business needs (about 25% of time)

What we expect from you: 

  • 6+ years of related customer facing experience in technical consulting, technical escalation, customer success, technical account management
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms
  • Experience connecting customers' business objectives with necessary technologies to achieve them
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful customer situations and apply good decision making to achieve a positive outcome
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD)
  • Expert level understanding and experience with networking, cloud, virtualization, backup, and recovery concepts
  • Expert in Linux administration
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes management
  • Deep knowledge of bash or similar Linux scripting languages and using them effectively during troubleshooting of customer problems, engineering interactions
  • Experience with software development life cycles and upgrade patterns
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering related program or equivalent experience in related field

Will be an advantage: 

  • Experience with managed solutions such as: OpenShift, PKS, Rancher, Google GKE, AWS EKS, etc. and VMware administration
  • Experience with open-source projects and GitHub
  • Worked in public cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
  • Previous startup experience
