About the role

The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate Marketing and Paid Media to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions.

Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Affiliate Marketing Manager will define the channel strategy, manage and execute the expansion and optimization of our affiliate marketing programs in EMEA. In practice you will be responsible for driving performance of the Affiliate channel and meeting agreed KPIs through testing and optimisations.

A day in the life:

  • Lead on over-arching EMEA Affiliate channel strategy, from development to delivery
  • Driving ideation, channel roadmaps, and strategy across all markets in the region in line with the business goals
  • Designs the measurement framework for Affiliate Marketing, reporting on channel performance against agreed KPIs
  • Provides channel forecasts that form a component part of the regional Sales Planning process
  • Manage the channel budget, ensuring spends are aligned with forecast and vendor payments and commissions are managed efficiently.
  • Evolve the affiliate programs with an agile, test & learn approach that encourages testing of new innovative campaigns across affiliate partners
  • Partner outreach and quarterly publisher planning at campaign level
  • Maintain strong relationships with publishers – Collaboratively identify new opportunities and optimizations to maximize performance
  • Coordinate affiliate campaigns by ensuring affiliates have the assets and information required to efficiently promote lululemon
  • Proactive publisher recruitment and collaboration with the affiliate network
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and take appropriate actions with support from the network
  • Regular quality control and exposure auditing across all publishers on the program
  • Partnership vetting and managing the approvals of new partnerships on our programs
  • Maintain an up-to-date affiliate campaign calendar, detailing affiliate promotions
  • Producing regular publisher newsletters to enroll partners on key campaigns or product pushes
  • Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and investigate appropriate opportunities
  • Produce post campaign analysis and learnings for wider teams
  • Cross Team collaboration with the Wider Digital and Brand Marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years hands on experience in client-side affiliate marketing
  • Experience working with Top affiliate networks like Awin, Rakuten, CJ, etc.
  • Proficient in reporting & analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on what matters
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence
  • German or French speaking is a plus but not essential

Role Classification: This role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at both the SSC office and home office every week.
