What is Production?

It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way. 

Is this your next challenge?

As a Quality Auditor, you have a holistic ownership of secure consistent product quality for H&M customers. You closely work with various internal stakeholders as well as our suppliers to create quality capabilities, identify and solve quality problems, and implement quality requirements of H&M in production.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with suppliers, support them to create and enhance quality capabilities, build up and improve quality management system, to implement quality requirements of H&M.
• Visit suppliers regularly and conduct quality inspections, identify problems, find out root causes, work with suppliers to prepare corrective action plans and follow up.
• Closely work with Product Technologists at various products offices, and work on quality findings and solutions.

Qualifications

Who are you?

To be a successful Quality Auditor, you work closely with internal stakeholders by mostly remote communication, and with external stakeholders by regular visits. You make H&M’s quality requirements understood, and secure its implementation throughout the production process. You have good knowledge in apparel production and quality management to identify and solve quality problems together with suppliers.

What you need to succeed:

• Have 5 or more years’ experience in apparel quality, experience at buyer’s side is preferred.
• Work independently and take initiatives.
• Solution oriented, proactive and innovative to manage both current and future problems.
• Strong in communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an hybrid position and will take care of our suppliers in northern and central Vietnam.
