Must have Skills:Microsoft 365 Good to Have Skills: No Technology Specialization Job Requirements: '', Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for service administration and account maintenance. o Manage customer Office365 environment at L2 level. o Should know of different licenses in Office 365 and different type of admin groups. o Address client connectivity, client software, and mobility installation issues. o Address service availability issues within the customer’s organizational span of control Technical Experience: o Some experience must have been gained in a production environment. o Should be able to interact fluently with clients and with users on escalated tickets. o Strong organization and technical delivery skills. o Work in shifts and out of hours’ evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required. o Take part in 24x7 on-call rotation Professional Attributes:Good communication skills Educational Qualification:Be or Equivalent Additional Info: Na
