Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between DXC stakeholders and our payroll service provider, ADP Global View. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data for approximately 1700 employees. Proficiency in German is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between DXC stakeholders and ADP Global View.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure timely submission of payroll data and resolve any queries.

2. Data Input and Validation:

  • Ensure accurate and complete data inputs into ADP Global View for payroll processing.
  • Conduct regular reviews to validate data accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.

3. Employee Query Management:

  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
  • Provide clear and concise information to employees regarding payroll processes and policies.

4. Payment Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including the calculation and distribution of payments.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.

5. Time Tracking Tool:

  • Utilize the Time Tracking tool to monitor and manage employee work hours and attendance.
  • Ensure that time and attendance records align with payroll data for consistency.

6. ADP Global View Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ADP Global View functionalities.
  • Stay informed about system updates and improvements, providing recommendations for optimization.

7. Volume Management:

  • Manage a payroll volume of approximately 1700 employees, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to handle increasing payroll complexities.

8. Compliance and Regulations:

  • Stay updated on German payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all payroll processes adhere to legal standards and internal policies.
