- Ensure the services are delivered as per SLA and maintain quality work consistently, and high standards of service are maintained

- Perform administrative functions as assigned
- Provide high level advice, guidance and information on financial matters to support decision making and improve understanding on financial management
- Review low to high complexity BAU tasks - FX: Foreign Currency, Conversion and Translation; General Ledger: Journal Entries, Reconciliation; Intercompany: Journal Entries, Reporting; Cash Management: Accounts Receivable, Cash Application; Reconciliation: Bank, System, Balance Sheet, P&L; Reporting:Regulatory, Management
- Review reports for board meetings and ensure the business KPIs are met and reconciled
- Ensure the production of accurate financial returns required by internal and external bodies and regulators to meet reporting deadlines
- Ensuring the production of reports and accounts are accurately reported and Management Information
Knowledge
- Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance industry best practice in Finance, RTS and Claims processes and procedures
- Knowledge of appropriate regulatory/statutory frameworks and how they impact on the insurance sectors is preferred
- Good knowledge of relevant software and Tools is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Organizational Accounting Procedures
- Thorough understanding of Best Practice in Accounting
- Extensive Knowledge of General Insurance
- Terminologies, Accounts and Class of Business

Experience
- Must be a CPA
- Significant experience in a complex multinational environment (at least 5 years)
- Proven experience of working with all levels of an organisation, in particular, to be credible to senior management
- Insurance experience is desirable

- Must not have any active CAs or under PIP
- Overall PMP score must at least be 3.0 and with a passing (minimum of 3.0) monthly scorecard for the past 3 months
- Minimum of 12 months in the current position
