Fulfillment Center Retail Inventory Courier ($18/hr)

JOB OVERVIEW: 

Responsible for fulfilling, supporting, and delivering all retail related inventory requests to the Park City Retail location and our local Park City customers, providing the customer with a premium and goat worthy service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Procure and fulfill large orders 
  • Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy 
  • Understand and differentiate between shipping methods to ensure location delivery accuracy 
  • Verify and cycle count problem items within retail fulfillment orders and customer orders 
  • Read and audit labels 
  • Fold, organize, and restock inventory 
  • Fulfill suspended items in retail on a daily basis 
  • Operate and drive company vehicles safely and efficiently 
  • Delivering all inventory requests to the retail store based on a daily schedule 
  • Delivering all “local delivery” orders to customers based on our guaranteed delivery window; ensuring delivery protocol and company representation is completed with every delivery 
  • Stand and walk for your entire shift 
  • Operate a push bike to pick retail inventory requests 
  • Operate automated picking equipment 
  • Operate/maintain forklift certification after completion of basic training 
  • Operate a pallet jack 
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times
  • Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback when appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Participate in LEAN initiatives
  • Participate in company events 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

  • Adequate driving record (Must pass a background check in order to drive a company vehicle)
  • Prefer high school diploma or equivalency 
  • 6 months experience in fulfillment center 
  • Verbal and written comprehension of the English language required 
  • Basic math skills required 
  • Must be able to apply established procedures and follow oral/written instructions 
  • Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and organize/prioritize workload to ensure completion of all tasks within established time frames 
  • Must be able to deal with the pressure of meeting production schedules 
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with the internet and email required

  • Crawling is typically not required
  • Work is performed indoors, and noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
