We are looking for a Partner Support Consultant to join our Partner Support EMEA team.

As a member of the M-Files Partner Support organization, you are mainly responsible for providing technical post-sales support to M-Files partners in EMEA region. Based on personal interest and capability, also partner pre-sales support and delivering technical training for M-Files partners may be included in the responsibilities.

What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support partners in questions related to their customer implementations through Partner Implementation Support Request process. This includes working on tickets coming from the partners and having meetings with the partners to discuss solutions as needed.
  • Validating application code for partners for their M-Files Cloud deployments.
  • Provide assistance to partners with programming interfaces (M-Files API, M-Files REST API).
  • Optional duties related to partner pre-sales and technical training:
  • Act as a go-to person for partners and Partner Managers to address deep product related questions and demonstration needs.
  • Provide comprehensive technical and application support to M-Files prospects, Partner Managers, and M‑Files partners remotely and on-site.
  • Conduct on-site and remote software demonstrations
  • Deliver technical enablement and related training courses to partners.
  • Develop scripted demonstration materials that are repeatable by the sales team and partners.
  • Assist partner managers and partners in opportunity discovery and solution design phases of sales opportunities.
  • Assist business partners with technical guidance related to RFP/RFI responses.
  • Support Partner Managers in new partner acquisition and onboarding.

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT, engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent skills and knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of programming (object-oriented programming), preferably knowledge on C# and Javascript
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Capability to use German or French as a working language is a plus.
  • Preferably knowledge of document management or enterprise information management technologies and/or knowledge on other enterprise information systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, or SAP.
  • Preferably technical knowledge of databases (especially SQL) and SQL query language.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with high regard for quality and consistency of communication
  • Ability to cover the technical details of our product succinctly
  • Presentation and training delivery experience is a plus
  • Preferably knowledge on enterprise level hardware specifications for information systems
