Role Summary:
- Managing the Assembly NPI team & projects to enable Bangkok site growth with successful NPIs with robustness in Quality, Costs, and Manufacturability
Job Responsibility:
- Managing NPI with project management team (local champion) working with NPI/Process development team to enable successful NPI launch.
- Ensuring NPI projects being sufficiently resourced and executed following established & governed process
- Coordinating with various development/process owner to perform risk assessment mitigating manufacturability issue considering Quality, Costs, and Manufacturability.
- Based upon known risk and CZ methodology, work with process owner to characterize process window for robust process margin.
- Interacting with Global Project Leader, Business Line, Packaging Innovation team, and Operations to align NPI requirement meeting company goals
- Guiding and coaching local champion to manage NPI project with project management skill to meet desired timeline without compromising NPI robustness
- Provide technical guidance / leadership to resolve technical issue related to NPI
- Drive Safe launch closure with task owners to enable high volume production
- Coordinate Qual execution and work with responsible person on corrective actions required if any unforeseen qual failure arise
- Single point of contact on development activities (STR) with business line and factory to enable successful development execution with cycle time improvement
- Be the key advocate of NPI process and Quality governance working closely with stakeholders to enable successful NPI launch.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in any science/engineering discipline.
- 8+ Years of Experience in NTI or NPI related project management experience and worked with Multi-functions
- Knowledgeable in NPI development process and problem solving skill
- Strong leadership skills with good communication
- Excellent data analysis and data interpretation skills
- Hands on, strong ownership, and able to collaborate as team player.
