What’s the job?
This role is responsible for ensuring all aspects of student fees and general financial queries for students are resolved in accordance with agreed service levels. The Student Finance Officer is responsible for billing accuracy and undertaking effective and prompt debtor management. In addition, the role will provide high quality, customer-focused administration and inquiry management with regard to student finances as part of the campus student services hub.
This is a customer facing position and spans the total student lifecycle – from admissions through to student graduation, consistently delivering exceptional service quality.
This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity for a successful candidate located in Sydney, NSW. Due to the nature of this role, you are required to be on campus.
Note: You must be located in Sydney to be successful in this role. You must hold full working rights in Australia. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
