As a Special Collections Recovery Representative at Southeast Toyota Finance, you'll play a crucial role in managing and recovering assets in a respectful and effective manner. This position is not just about the numbers; it's about finding amicable solutions and maintaining the integrity of customer relationships. Responsibilities:

• With minimal supervision, contacting customers by phone that have a deficiency balance owed on their auto finance contract and negotiate resolution of their account
• Responsible for documenting and reporting activities in a timely manner
• Utilize skip tracing skills and Internet based tools to locate customers
• Working in a fast paced environment using manual and dialer based calling strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven history of utilizing collection skills in an effort to prevent loss; negotiation skills is a plus
• Collections experience preferred
• Skip-tracing experience helpful
• The ability to work independently
• Sales experience is helpful
• Familiarity with the auto finance industry helpful
• Competent PC and keyboard skills needed
• Assertive, clear, and concise written/oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Positive, Energetic, Professional and Self Motivated
• Familiarity with Internet search tools helpful
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and some holidays
• Bilingual skill a plus
