Scope

This role will support the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities. You will become a part of a European team, with international colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Contact with creditors / debtors
• Follow up accruals made by various parties
• Processing incoming mail
• Monitoring financial processes and systems
• Contact with suppliers, customers and all internal departments, in order to maintain a good cooperation.
• Booking of bank statements & general costs
• Daily operational payments 
• Credit management
• Issuing account receivable reports , sending statements
• Preparation financial reports
• Various administrative tasks

Qualifications/Experience

• Knowledge of basic accounting topics, such as tax procedures, accounting software, economics, principles of finance, and standard business practices
• Knowledge of accounting software ( Microsoft AX would be a benefit )
• Fluent in Dutch and English
