We are seeking a dynamic Finance & Admin Associate to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role will be an opportunity to contribute to the financial and administrative operations of our company, providing valuable support to the finance department while assuming essential administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Management:
  • Issuing AR invoices and statement of accounts.
  • Payment follow-up and customer reminders.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) management.
  • Administrative and HR Tasks:
  • Processing administrative documents (visas, trade license documents, etc.).
  • Handling payments across different banks.
  • Oversight of intercompany transactions.
  • General accounting entries and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Support to other finance tasks:
  • Assisting in accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Accounts reconciliations.
  • Monitoring bank payments and collections.
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience ideally within accounts receivable (AR).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic would be an asset.
