Your Role

As the Digital Analytics Architecture Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the integration of diverse data sources, optimizing database structures, and enabling actionable insights through advanced visualization and dashboarding solutions. You will be instrumental in continuing the migration to Snowflake, establishing universal data definitions, and spearheading the development of BI tool visualizations.

Your Impact 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead the integration of disparate data sources into Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Design and implement database structures tailored to support visualization and dashboard outputs, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, stitching together data tables from various sources to enable comprehensive analysis.
• Define and enforce universal data definitions and standards to support the creation of a robust semantic layer.
• Act as the primary business point of contact for technical discussions related to database architecture, data modeling, and BI tool configuration.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify key insights and requirements, translating them into actionable visualizations and dashboards using tools like Google Looker.
• Provide training and support to business users on utilizing BI tools effectively to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.

Minimum Salary: $107,000.00

Maximum Salary: $145,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in a similar role, driving digital transformation initiatives and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Expertise in database management systems, with hands-on experience in Snowflake preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, including dashboard design and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into layman's terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
