Your Role

Manager of Business Insights makes VS&Co smarter through data analysis that provides insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making. Primarily supporting the Digital business (and flexing into Omni-channel projects when needed), the Manager drives insights through efficient data analysis, expert dashboard management, strong cross functional relationships, and collaborative analytics tool enablement

Your Impact

  • Data Analysis: lead data analysis across multiple reports and systems through advanced analytics techniques related to digital sales, customer behavior, website traffic & conversion. Interpret findings to identify trends, opportunities and actions.
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights that inform digital commerce and marketing strategies and ecommerce business decisions through dynamic dashboards, visualizations and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are leveraged in decision making process. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance of key business metrics. Identify and recommend strategies to optimize performance.
  • Market Research: Contribute to competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead US direct report and partner closely with team members in Bangalore, India. Foster culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Analytics tool enablement: Enable and operationalize stakeholders to use analytics tools, helping them understand how we use data, analytics tools, and go-to dashboards and reports

Success in this role will include strengths outside of data analysis. We are looking for a candidate who can:

  • Build trust with leaders and partners
  • Present data, insights, and recommendations clearly across levels of the organization
  • Contribute to data transformation to make VS&Co smarter

This role is can be remote within the US and will work mostly in Eastern time zone. Current expectation is to travel to Columbus, Ohio office once a quarter. To accommodate strong partnership with our Bangalore, India coworkers the Manager should be available starting at 8AM EST.

Minimum Salary: $107,000.00

Maximum Salary: $145,950.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools specifically Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytics & visualization tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
