Assist the development operations team in daily business and administrative tasks e.g. calendar maintenance, preparation of presentations, meeting facilitation and documentation
Handling specific parts of the product development process with guidance from the Team
Sealing sample tracking
Support Product testing phase with required preparation and physical sample analysis
Help organizing Fitting sessions, including follow up work
Strike off tracking
Be responsible for general sample management (sending, unpacking, marking, and measuring samples)
Keep track of Product Quality topics
Ad-hoc project assistance with insights on different Business Units
YOUR TALENT
Enrolled student in Textile & Clothing, Textile Management, Clothing Technology, Textile Engineering or similar
Upper intermediate knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to fulfill concrete deliverables in a timely manner
Reliable and flexible team player
