Responsibilities 

GL for Subsidiaries:

• Oversee the Finance operation for at least 4 Europe subsidiaries.
• Liaise with the local outsourced accountants to perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for US GAAP reporting and local country statutory compliance.
• Responsible for each country statutory audit and reviewing the financial statements.
• Perform monthly Opex flux analysis against forecast and liaising with FPA team for the variances.
• Perform account reconciliation for BS items between local & US GAAP.
• Review monthly funding amount needed for respective subsidiaries.
• Intercompany billing and reconciliation, and confirmation.
• Review general Opex invoices submitted by outsourced accountants.
• Review weekly payment request submitted by outsourced accountants for manager’s approval.
• Conduct yearly Fixed Assets Sighting exercise for all the subsidiaries.
• Any other ad hoc activities assigned.

Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of working experience in General Ledger or audit background
• Knowledge of accounting & MS office software; SAP experience will be a plus
• Meticulous and organized
• Willingness to take on job rotation
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Excellent command of English and Chinese language, both spoken and written
• Experience in multi-national environment preferred
