Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and projects, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR systems & analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Be involved in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Support HR systems projects, including system implementation, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Support HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with statutory requirements.
• Support HR team on any otherad-hoc projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
