We have an amazing Internship opportunity for fresh graduates in our Procurement team, at our Bucharest, Pipera offices. In this role you will collaborate and provide support to purchasing department for selection and procurement of products associated with the commodity. Will be responsible with negotiation of small value projects, research of new suppliers, deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required, offline contracts upload. Students can expect to gain hands-on work experience and have the opportunity to work on a variety of relevant projects.
The work will involve:
- Collaborate and provides support to stakeholders
- Spend reports analysis
- Project sourcing: RFQ/offers analysis, alignment with stakeholders, negotiation of small value projects respecting Garrett policy
- PO creation and monitoring
- Invoice resolution follow up with suppliers and finance;
- Provide first line of support to the stakeholders on the Req/PO creation in the system
- Supplier risk management reporting(D&B)
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Open to learn and develop within Procurement area
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Manage tasks with full responsibility and ownership
