The Position

Responsible for Applications Support

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments and solutions. Feedback to the sales team on the tests' usage of each new training instrument and solutions, to follow up the channel filling with sales team. 
  • Solve application / product problems promptly and completely and could provide a more comprehensive solution to the customer based on technology. 
  • Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/distributors. Maintain/update products information promptly. 
  • Support Sales to achieve reagent sales target and product pre-sales bidding and new project promotion 
  • Visit Customer regularly, extend Roche value, consummate extended projects. Collect and feedback customer requirements and product market intelligence, support continuous upgrade and optimization of solutions
  • Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Sales. Work closely with Sales team and Service team to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Coordinate customer evaluation of products. Assist customers in the interpretation of test results 
  • Assist in yearly budgeting exercise and prepare monthly report 

Basic Requirements of the Job:

You should have at least bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline.

You should have

  • Planning & Organizing, Customer Orientation & Relationship Management, Internal Cooperation & Coordination
  • Product & Application Expertise
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience in the industry
