Food & Beverage- Internship Summer 

Full Time-Summer 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail 

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is looking for a student who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The student will show passion in meeting guest needs. The student will show exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

Responsibilities 

• We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! 
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. 
• Utilize the resort's POS system to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing reports. 

Additional Internship Responsibilities 

• Attend Biweekly Intern Meetings 
• Attend assigned Management meetings 
• Work a flexible schedule, 30 - 40+ hours per week 

Internship Qualifications and Skills 

To be considered for this Internship, an individual must meet the following criteria. 

• Must be currently enrolled/recent graduate at a University, College, or Community College 
• Studying in the Hospitality or a related field preferred 
• Must be available from May 2024- August 2024 
• The intern is expected to display passion in all they do and have an eager drive to fulfill a Career in the Hospitality sector. 
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. 
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays 

What we offer: 

• Pay for the summer internship depend on the position, with pay ranging from $11.40 – 19.35/hr. [including gratuities and tips for applicable positions] 
• Housing is available for an additional cost. 
• Employee cafeteria available to employees in onsite housing. 
• In-house dry cleaning of employee uniform.
