Job Duties:Position one of the primary contacts for the PBS office and is responsible for incoming mail and phone calls. Position is responsible for checking incoming voicemails and emails. Position will post patient payments, assist patients with account questions, and responds to requests from insurance carriers for additional information.
Minimum Experience/EducationHigh School Diploma and at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office or administrative setting. Experience working in insurance verification within a healthcare field is highly preferred.
