Summary of Job

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative go-getter who likes to work and play hard! The ideal Enterprise Account Advisor candidate will have 5+ plus years experience selling into top 100 Staffing Firms. You are driven, well-organized, passionate, love to win and have previous success building strong relationships with executives at staffing firms in a fast paced environment.

Key focuses:

  • Contract negotiations and closing
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Quickly build strong and effective relationships with V and C levels
  • Conduct face to face visits, live product demonstrations and webinars when appropriate
  • Meet and exceed quarterly goals
  • Cold calling new and potential staffing accounts
  • Manage relationship with existing accounts to retain and grow revenue
  • Prepare sales material, presentations, and demonstrations for key accounts and prospective customers
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Technical: Demonstrates strategic account planning, coach ability, large sales, established ROI

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years working with staffing companies in an enterprise role
  • 3+ years of staffing experience, either recruiting or selling at a staffing firm
  • 1+ year of recruitment media experience
  • Exceptional account management experience including relationship mapping, whitespace analysis, etc. 
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
