Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Owner of assortment planning for the wholesale Accounts and Range Guardian for DTC working closely with GTM PI, BU, BA/OCM team and Category sales and Channel to populate and deploy key Brand concepts and commercial items in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Combine/validate category range plans from each BU and finalize into a holistic, full store format assortment plan (width only)
- Oversee key concept distribution strategy and key trade zone distribution across accounts and categories to reflect assortment to land with clear Brand POV.
- Sense-check, feedback and confirm the final output of each store format against brand and commercial objectives (product type, launch flow, marketing calendar, mandatory range, retail space, consumer journey, etc.)
- Output all merchandising boards for all store formats
- Handover assortment plans to Visual merchandising Team for output of VM renderings
- Handover assortment plans to the Channels/Account teams for store level planning and depth completion
- Deliver assortment plan presentations at Business Meeting and provide material and support for Brand Handover, Accounts Pre-lines, Tenjikai
- SI & ST tracking & analysis to reflect assortment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
At least 10 years of marketing management experience with a recognized top tier brand, with at least 5 years in product channel management; Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. merchandising, retail / ecom / merchandising, or sales channel experience; Must have the ability to influence others within an organization. Result-oriented; Strong numerical & analytical skills; Willing and able to travel on a regular basis
