Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

La durée d’un VIE est de 6 à 24 mois en fonction du lieu d’affectation.

Un poste sous contrat VIE RH International & Gouvernance est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / hébergé par NAVBLUE Poland Office à Gdansk. Vous rejoindrez le département des Ressources Humaines

La Pologne apporte du support en local à la région Europe, dont : Description de postes, Recrutement et Marketing employés.

La personne retenue pour ce rôle devra apporter du support aux différentes initiatives au sein de l’Europe:

1: Bureau de stratégie de sourcing Europe - Trouver des candidats Européens en dehors des 4 pays fondateurs d’Airbus (France, Espagne, Allemagne et Royaume-Uni).

2: Apporter du support à l’équipe Marketing Emploi sur leur activités pour promouvoir les besoins d’attraction et de rétention de candidats qualifiés Talent 

3: Collaborer & contribuer aux projets de Gouvernance RH International concernant les KPIs et la performance 

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes : 

• Basé localement à Gdansk, vous travaillerez à 60% sur les activités Acquisition de Talent & Marketing Emploi (bureau de sourcing, réseaux sociaux, marque Emploi) pour Airbus Commercial.
• Vous travaillerez à 40% pour supporter la croissance de la Région Europe en terme de procédures RH, par exemple les sites Airbus en Hongrie et en utilisant les outils informatiques pour assister les sujets de gouvernance et la performance au sein des RH Internationales.

Ce rôle inclut des déplacements professionnels ponctuels tous les 2 à 3 mois dans le pays et au besoin à Toulouse (où se situe le reste de l’équipe) et vous devez être en mesure de voyager en fonction.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes : 

• Vous possédez un diplôme (ou équivalent) en Ressources Humaines, Business, ou Management ou toute autre discipline apparentée
• 2 à 3 d’expérience en Ressources Humaines ou Business de préférence (domaine d’expertise en digital, pensée critique, communication et collaboration), alternance et stage inclus 
• Outils informatiques 
• Compétences linguistiques: niveau intermédiaire à avancé en Anglais

De plus, vous possédez les compétences suivantes

• Communication

• Orienté(e) solution

ENGLISH VERSION

A VIE for the HR International & Governance Team within Europe Region has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / to be hosted by NAVBLUE Poland Office in Gdansk. You will join the Human Resources Department.

Poland (Job description- employee marketing & recruitment) Support locally with Regions

The role of the person would be to support several initiatives within region Europe 

1: Europe Sourcing office Strategy- Sourcing candidates from locations within Europe region outside of the 4 founding countries.

2: Supporting Employment Marketing team on activities to enhance the attraction and retention needs of Talent candidates

3: Collaborating & contribution to HR International governance projects around KPIs and performance 

Your main tasks will include:

• Locally based in Gdansk Poland working 60% on Talent Acquisition & Employment marketing activities (sourcing office, social media, employment marketing) for Airbus Commercial
• Working 40% to support the growth of the Europe Region from HR Processes e.g. Airbus sites in Hungary and using IT tools to support performance and governance topics within HR International.

This role will involve some travel for business, once every 2-3 months in Country and as needed to Toulouse where the rest of the team is based and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

You have the following skills and experience: 

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Business, HR, Management studies or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR or business preferred (areas of expertise digital skills, critical thinking, communication and collaboration) (apprenticeships and internships included )
• IT tools
• Language Skills: intermediate/advanced level of English

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• Critical Thinking
• Problem Solving
