Supercell

Supercell is looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team in Helsinki. We’re building and leveling up Supercell’s business partnering, financial forecasting and reporting for Supercell's supporting central functions.

As Supercell consists of highly independent teams, the FP&A team aims to provide a great deal of awareness and visibility into each supporting team’s financials. With the support of the team, you will dive into Supercell’s key financial metrics, connect the operational and financial dots, visualize and share insights to various stakeholders such as management and support functions. You will also be in a central role as we are developing our finance infrastructure by implementing an EPM tool.

You are the person we are looking for if you have excellent communication and collaboration skills combined with an analytical and forward-looking mindset. You are a curious can-doer with a genuine willingness to improve and grow as a professional. You enjoy diving into data, producing insights, building relationships and more than anything - you are excited to share your findings and “tell a story” with data. We hope you have gained relevant work experience, for example from business controlling, accounting, financial analysis, consultancy or other similar roles.

What we are looking for:

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience working in finance, for example having worked in the areas of business controlling, financial analysis, accounting or consultancy
• Relevant education such as master’s degree in a relevant major (e.g. Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar)
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Skills using data visualization and EPM tools are seen as an advantage
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach into analyzing financial data
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
