As a Sales Associate (Leasing Specialist) at Habyt, you will be actively discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating, and closing deals as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. You will proactively connect with potential customers and showcase Habyt’s offerings through various channels. Ultimately, you will help Habyt meet and surpass business goals and contribute to our growth rapidly and sustainably.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and company targets
  • Responding to sales enquiries timely, overcoming objections, negotiating the terms of agreement, and closing sales
  • Working in strong collaboration with all other business functions to consistently deliver great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Conducting property viewings for customers individually or in a group
  • With the objectives of improving targeting and customer retention, updating sales activities and conversions.
  • Continuously monitor the sales pricing sheet to know the room availability and maximise sell performance.

The skills, attitude and experience we require are:

  • A minimum of 1 year work experience preferably in sales or account management in lodging, hospitality, or real estate industry
  • Passion for sales, winning market share, and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, essential for servicing Chinese customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and demonstrate through written and verbal means
  • An enthusiastic, innovative, committed, adaptable individual contributor and a strong team player
  • You have experience in a multicultural working environment
  • Ability to work closely with other teams to deliver the best outcome for the Company
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
  • Able to work on rostered shifts on weekends and public holidays
