How you will create an impact

  • Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc
  • Assist branch GM in strategic planning, KPI and business development plan for business initiatives, KPI definition and implementation correspondingly, etc.
  • Support daily operational & compliance work for all distribution channel, creating capacity for sales persons to focus on market facing/higher value activities.
  • Assist underwriters and sales team in handling client relationship management and business development.
  • Assist underwriters and sales team to conduct market research, collect of market intelligence and provide market analysis.
  • Providing weekly, monthly and annual reports of all channels on time with accuracy.
  • Help to search and distribute exhibition and business development information.
  • Managing process of new staff registration, staff resignation and HR related job.
  • Identify and analyze all channel’s training needs by defining gap between ideal and actual performance.
  • Provide help to the progress and administrative arrangements of training activities.
  • Working with China Distribution team to execute the regular regulatory exams and all compliance related activities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings for channels.
  • Send annul reports, notices and circulars about the company policies etc.
  • Maintain proper files both for important paper documents as well as for the electronic ones.
  • Other duties assigned by manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Demonstrated working experience in sales support or finance administration is preferred
  • Strong initiative and drive; be results-oriented
  • Technology savvy and structure thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and local language required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
