Position summary:

The Senior / Lead Hardware Validation Engineer is a senior level individual contributor/mentor role and would be reporting to the Manager Validation Automation. The role would be responsible for the overall architecture, design, setup and the delivery of the verification and validation of the proprietary PCBs at Atonarp. The role would have a good exposure to state of the art analog electrical circuit design and an opportunity to work with some of the smartest electrical engineers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Setup and improve the electrical V&V processes at Atonarp
• Responsible for the on-time execution and delivery of the electrical V&V
• Responsible for establishing a culture of technical excellence
• Responsible for the debug and resolution of any electrical issue with the product.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the test artifacts for reviews/audits.
• Responsible for the development & mentoring junior engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating test strategy, test plans and test cases to verify and validate a PCB’s electrical design
• Expert level understanding of analog electrical circuits & designs, layouts & components 
• Proven experience in designing test PCB boards and creating test infrastructure necessary to perform V&V on a PCB.
• Good understanding of statistics
• Proven experience in leading a small team
• Good to have : Experience in test automation using Python / NI Lab view

Qualification:

• Bachelors / Masters / Phds in either Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 10+ years in testing analog & digital hardware
