Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR GenAI Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative AI technologies. The HR GenAI Solutions Consultant will be responsible for helping to sell, architect, and implement HR GenAI solutions that address our clients’ specific needs and challenges. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities for HR GenAI solutions.

2. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ HR needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored HR GenAI solutions that align with their objectives.

3. Collaborate with the technical team to design and architect scalable, efficient, and effective HR GenAI solutions that address clients’ specific requirements.

4. Present and demonstrate the value proposition of HR GenAI solutions to clients, showcasing the benefits of leveraging AI technologies in human resources management.

5. Assist clients in the implementation and integration of HR GenAI solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI technologies, HR trends, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions and insights to clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Solid background in artificial intelligence, particularly generative AI technologies and their applications in HR.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions to address clients’ needs.

Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with HR software, data analytics tools, and AI platforms.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
