The Opportunity:

  • You are responsible to perform and install application setup
  • You are responsible in troubleshooting support and evaluation
  • You are accountable in conduct operator training for customer and internal team members aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and provide efficient customer support.

Who you are:

  • You are an undergraduate with minimum Diploma in Health/Science/Medical disciplines or equivalent from a reputable University
  • You possess strong ability to work in a matrix and collaborative environment
  • You demonstrate excellent team working skills
  • You are adaptable to changing environments
  • Preferable with teaching experience
  • IT experience will be an added advantage
