POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Team is seeking an experienced professional who can support the accounting and operations within the Employee Capital Services (“ECS”) team, which is a new team at KKR. This position will be highly visible across various stakeholder groups and will play a vital role in the success of a multi-disciplinary benefit program encompassing discretionary fund investing, portfolio co-investing, profit participation, employee leverage and associated financial, operational and risk-related activities. The role involves expertise in investment services and private equity compensation and the ability to interface with and create strong partnerships with constituents across the organization and outside of the firm.

The formation of ECS represents the consolidation and evolution of a number of capabilities pertaining to employee exposure to KKR investment opportunities managed across several different teams, including Finance, Human Capital, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Client Services and the Client & Partner Group. ECS will enable KKR to create a leading internal advisory and execution platform for global investing. In so doing, the team will help to create greater alignment with fund limited partners and ensure that KKR is able to recruit and retain the most talented professionals around the world.

One of KKR’s fundamental investment philosophies since inception in 1976 has been to align the interests of the firm and its employees with the interests of fund investors, portfolio companies and other stakeholders. The firm achieves this by encouraging eligible employees to commit their own capital to KKR investment funds.

The formation of ECS and this newly created role are part of a broader transformation that KKR is embarking on to achieve scale to meet our ambitious growth targets.
