Actively integrates and applies health care principles and theories in an intern program to develop a broad knowledge of operations. It is the responsibility of the incumbent(s) of this position to incorporate the Mission values and philosophy of the organization into all aspects of job duties.
- Collaboration and Partnership
- Assists Business Operations Project Management team in coordinating activities to support the functions of the department.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
- Attends relevant meetings.
- Collaborates with team members while balancing multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
- Departmental Operations
- Obtains knowledge of operations to support the activities of the department as needed.
- Integrates and applies principles and theories, acquires knowledge of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Supports assigned operations leader(s).
- Other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School Diploma. Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Hospital/Health Care Administration, or related field.
- Must be comfortable working with team members at all levels of the organization, eager to develop strong and positive relationships built on trust, and operate with a positive and professional disposition. The candidate is flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates spiritual maturity and a desire to honor our Mission.
