1. DRM parts information records;
DRM parts needs judgement and record in database. This work is one of the routine works of product engineer, the intern needs help this and the scope only focus on rough visual inspection judgement.
2. Data acquisition from process/product;
Process data and product data treatment if any needs from engineers .
3. PTG translation;
To translate the dimension requirements to dedicated document.
4. Concession application;
The intern needs to be coached by product engineer and prepare the data for concessions.
5. Resource management (Excel contents DVI/machine/material);
The intern needs help negotiate on the related validation progress and update the planning, to share to related department.
6. Tooling management support;
The intern shall help the tooling management (mainly on document sort and clarification) and give a clear output on tooling management guide.
7. NC finding/ IT or ITP no compliance/ Routine card IT index comparison…
1.Office software (especially excel management).
2.English reading/writing .
3.Good synthesis ability.
