The role reports to the Quality Manager and is located in Senatobia, Mississippi.

Your responsibilities

  • Process Improvement – Evaluate and measure wastes in the production line through time keeping
  • Process Improvement – Eliminate or reduce waste by applying lean manufacturing tools (such as: spaghetti diagram, line balancing, 7 wastes, kaizen, 5’s, standard work)
  • Presentation Skills – Weekly report out to site management
  • Lean Six Sigma – Project development using DMAIC approach
  • Change Management – Challenge status quo and collaborate with production employees to implement changes

Your background

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US
  • Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
