Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitor digital connectivity for remote services Progress for new activation, extension, and disconnection
  • Ensure all peripheral required for activation connection and remote update is prepared.
  • Communicate with IT team in Hospital for Topology and IP related to ensure establishment of remote access.
  • Record all information related to connectivity information, such as IP, Modem number, Internet source etc.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Information System are preferred. All related disciplines’ student are welcome to apply.
  • You have experience in network trouble shooting and strong understanding of IT concepts and principles.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are self-motivated, eager to learn and is a good timekeeper of deliverables.
  • You have high levels of initiative and is a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
  • You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
