The Sales Team seeking a motivated, experienced Field Sales Engineer to provide support to our West Coast Sales organization located in Washington. Be a part of an experienced sales team that has >10 years of average work experience with ADI.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Ascertain customer’s needs.
  • Seek ADI competitive advantages based on System and or specific Integrated Circuit advantages.
  • Discuss technical merits; Sell value proposition based on performance vs cost.
  • Evaluate customer potential and identify key decision makers to build long term relationships leveraging ADI’s leading market position.
  • Do the technical work to be the trusted technical advisor at your assigned account base by teaming up with a highly experienced Analog Field Applications Engineer.

Minimum qualifications

  • BSEE or equivalent technical degree.
  • Passion for Analog Circuits
  • Collaborative team participation, leadership, and social acumen.
  • US citizenship required

Preferred qualifications

  • Interest in Analog, RF Communications, Robotics. Electric Vehicles, Power Supplies, LTspice analog simulation, Presentation Experience, Ability to engage and be engaged at the business and technical levels.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $78,400 to $107,800.

  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.
  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors 
  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits. 
  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
