We are Outbrain.

We’re one of the world’s largest content recommendation platforms, delighting audiences with engaging, personalized content recommendations while serving as the primary engagement partner and platform for the world’s top digital media companies.

Our Growth team is seeking an Account Manager to support our team during our team member’s maternity leave (7 months). You’ll work closely with a close-knit, global team as well as various internal stakeholders to help lead the success of our clients' Outbrain campaigns and provide thought leadership on content amplification strategies and optimization. You’ll build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with executive stakeholders and savvy media buyers leading the fast-paced industry of Native Digital Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and self-starter - proactive and committed to maximizing revenue and creating new business opportunities by using clear judgment and problem-solving capabilities. Most importantly, this person knows – if it isn’t fun, it isn’t worth it!

A day in the life

In your first weeks you will internalize the Outbrain products and start working with clients. You should feel comfortable navigating our internal systems and consult clients. You’ll be responsible for the planning, implementation, reporting and optimization of campaigns.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a book of clients, helping them achieve their KPIs and developing data-driven optimization strategies. You will be recognized for campaign successes and own failures.

Develop a rapport and become a trusted partner for high-priority clients. You will communicate regularly with these clients to deliver requests, upsell opportunities, improve performance, and increase scale to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Use data to track spend pacing, identify opportunities, and troubleshoot issues.

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years of account management (or similar client-facing role) experience in digital advertising.
  • Previous experience in a social/native/display ad platform.
  • English - as a native language or at a parallel level - a must. Hebrew and any other additional languages preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of performance marketing is a major plus
  • Comfortable working autonomously, but also easily collaborate with team members and people across departments.

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills – especially in a fast-paced and quick evolving environment
  • An ability to develop industry-best client relationships through a blend of attentiveness and accommodation, as well as confidence to manage expectations and navigate inevitable client concerns
  • An optimistic attitude and proactive resourcefulness to positively influence your peers within your team, as well as across internal departments.

More than snacks!

  • Office and home hybrid working
  • Expand your toolbox with our mentorship program and internal learning tools
