The Clinical Transformation Analyst, Clinical Quality Auditing will support the evaluation of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and enable thoughtful assessment of the organization’s shift to value-based care. 

In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be a quality assessor for this model and collaborate with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position focuses on operational execution and analytics management.

Core activities include: creating and maintaining new audit tools and reports, developing auditing process flows to maximize auditor efficiency while realizing statistical significance in results interpretation, conducting stakeholder analyses for action planning, and improving partnerships with field leaders (e.g. Regional Operation Managers, Clinical Service Managers).

The Analyst will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC leadership. 

Key responsibilities are spread across three categories:

Strategy

  • Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of clinical quality audits performed by clinicians for IKC Nurses and Care Coordinators

Auditing

  • Build complex models and audit workbooks to facilitate chart reviews and evaluation of the quality of patient interactions
  • Manage focal audit processes, including organization of timelines, deliverables and communications across various stakeholders, from executive leadership to field teammates
  • Perform transcription audits by cross-referencing reporting and medical records

Reporting and Results Management

  • Complete analysis to understand best opportunities to improve clinical outcomes based on audit data and evaluate performance of current initiatives
  • Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

Travel: ~10% of the time

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required

Salary/ Wage Range

$51,400.00 - $75,500.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
