Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Intern in our local subsidiary. As a medical intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of the medical field. This position will provide an excellent platform for learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the first line of contact for the medical department.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Take notes in meetings.
  • Compile reports and making presentations to other staff members.
  • Responsible for processing the medical teams PPRs, POs and vendor management.
  • Analyse existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Support the team with the reviewal process Review and approval of material content.
  • Assist with approvals of events
  • Bring positive energy into the team and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
  • Conduct research and assisting the medical director where necessary.
  • Complete fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
  • Always Upholding the good name of the company.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of medical reports, presentations, and documentation.

Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy).
  • Recently completed a medical or pharmaceutical degree
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a plus.
