WHAT YOU'LL DO

Under the general direction of the North America HR Immigration Director, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate and provide support for our US Immigration functions and working on our Form I-9 compliance program. You will work closely with the North America Immigration team, the North America Compliance team more broadly, local office HR teams, foreign nationals in need of immigration services, and external US immigration legal counsel.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Experience in a fast-paced, intellectually-intense, service-oriented environment
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience, with a solid understanding of U.S. immigration
  • I-9 experience preferred, familiarity with an I-9 program like Tracker strongly preferred
  • Experience in supporting complex immigration processes and projects, including helping to determine green card strategy through the entire PERM lifecycle; messaging immigration strategies to foreign nationals and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Workday preferred
  • The ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment, keeping with BCG’s values and culture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

FORMAT:

This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team. 

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
