To support our Data Partnerships efforts at the EMEA level, we are looking for a Data Partners Analyst based in Belgrade.

Summary

As a Data Partners Analyst, you will work within the Data Partnerships Team to consolidate and manage existing partner-related information across Telesign’s Identity product, Customer Success, Sales, and externally with vendors. Your role involves developing an understanding of our data product performance, extracting insights, and collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Accounts Payable, Product, and Data Science) and external stakeholders (telco and non-telco data vendors) to nurture our partnerships.

In addition, you will take the lead in evaluating new opportunities, including sizing and valuation, by leveraging available data to make informed assumptions. You will then clearly communicate recommendations to our Data Partnerships team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with telco and non-telco data vendors, identifying gaps and opportunities in data utilization, and supporting financial, technical, and customer approval requests for these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly analysis of vendor transactions to identify and investigate emerging volume trends.
  • Track transaction attempts to identify new potential use cases and communicate insights to product and subsequently to the Data Partnerships Manager for execution with vendors.
  • Support monthly financial billing reconciliation and collaborate on enhancing the billing process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations by following up with vendors.
  • Manage partnership deliverables, including the provision of regular regional reports and addressing ad hoc needs.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success on processing and securing vendor approvals for customer onboarding.

You will support the Data Partnerships Lead for your assigned region to prepare data evaluation and monthly/quarterly review with our most strategic vendors.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics or customer success at a tech company, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Experience in pricing, sizing, and valuations.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with technical skills and excellent written/verbal communication abilities.
  • You provide a mix of creativity, scientific rigor, pragmatism, and strategic thinking.
  • You have shown excellence in translating data into decision-ready insights. You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex concepts shouldn’t be a problem for you.
  • You are highly motivated, enjoy working in teams, and thrive working independently
  • You are excited about running analyses, and developing great actionable insights from data.
  • You are great at building relationships with vendors and partners, following up closely on action items and agenda planning.
  • You have strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Preferably additional European language skills.

We are offering

  • Good compensation - Competitive € salary plus benefits package.
  • Development opportunities.
  • Challenging but also a friendly working environment.
  • And much, much more...
