About the Team
TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
We're looking for an Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and satisfaction. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a hypergrowth environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies.
Successful Agency Partner Manager Key Attributes
1. Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
2. Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
4. Embrace change as an opportunity - have a growth mindset: learning if you don't understand, accepting challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.
5. Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share your knowledge and empower your peers. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
