About the role:

We are now looking for an experienced Media planner to join our team at the Vilnius office. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility for the media offline planning such as television, radio, print, and out-of-home (OOH) formats. You will be part of the whole process of client meetings to plan, execute, optimize, and report the media campaigns. You will also be part of a fun and experienced team of media planners.

Core Duties and Responsibilities 

  • work with the leadership team to develop strategic campaigns, planning, ordering, and coordinating client advertising campaigns in different media channels.
  • building relationships with suppliers and partners (media channels).
  • teamwork with project managers analyzing customer needs and planning advertising campaigns.
  • analysis of completed campaigns and preparation of reports. 
  • curiosity about nowadays advertising campaigns and the media market.
  • collaboration with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and good practices! 

Requirements: 

  • previous experience as a media planner or related role from the agency side.
  • good knowledge and skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • have strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • keen on exploring and evaluating new media opportunities and determining how they fit within client business objects and budgets.
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • attention to detail, oriented to results, and good with teamwork.
  • appreciate giving and receiving feedback as part of company culture.

Last but not least  

This is a full-time permanent position at our office in Vilnius. The salary range for this role is between 2200 - 2700 EUR gross.
