Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will play a critical role within PwC's Deals Technology team, leading the charge in developing AI and technology solutions that transform our deals and transactions services. With a foundational focus on innovation and technical excellence, this position requires an individual adept in navigating complex technical landscapes and applying AI in transformative ways. You will not only lead the development and implementation of pioneering solutions but will also work in close collaboration with the Deals Transformation team, guiding strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with PwC's broader goals.

As a Solution Architect within the Deals Technology team, you will:

• Lead the integration of AI technologies into our deal processes, informed by strategic direction from the Deals Transformation team.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions that address complex business challenges, leveraging deep technical expertise and aligning with strategic initiatives set by the Deals Transformation team.
• Lead and inspire a development team, instilling a culture of technical excellence and innovation, while ensuring projects align with the strategic objectives guided by the Deals Transformation team.
• Engage closely with stakeholders across the Deals line of service and the Deals Transformation team to translate business needs into actionable technology strategies.
• Remain at the cutting edge of technology trends, particularly in AI and cloud computing, ensuring PwC's solutions set industry benchmarks for innovation and efficiency.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance in all technological solutions, mirroring the strategic vision and ethical considerations championed by the Deals Transformation team.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in solution architecture roles, specifically within the financial services or deals sector, with a strong focus on AI and technological innovation.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding technology teams through complex project deliveries, informed by strategic directions from the Deals Transformation team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the deals sector, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and financial analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), programming languages (Python, Java, Scala), and data architecture.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the prowess to liaise effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the strategic initiatives set by the Deals Transformation team.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster) are beneficial.
