JOB SUMMARY

  • 銷售房貸、信貸與信用卡,提供分行端客戶相關金融服務,與開發新客戶。
  • Selling Mortgage, Personal Loan & Credit Card products. Providing relevant services to clients in branches. New customers development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 主力商品為非理財金融商品 (房貸、信貸、信用卡)
  • Focus on non-wealth management products. 
  • 銷售非理財金融商品與提供相關諮詢服務予分行端客戶
  • Focus on non-wealth management product selling and advisory for the customers in branches. 
  • 處理相關行政流程與售後服務
  • Handle relevant administration work and after-sales service. 
  • 維繫既有非理財相關業務與開發新客戶
  • Maintain non-wealth management business and explore new customer.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values, Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 具備兩年房貸業務經驗
  • With 2-year experience in Mortgage Loan Sales. 
  • 具備財產保險業務員證照
  • With property insurance license 
  • 對本職務有高度興趣
  • High interest in the job. 
  • 有良好的溝通技巧與抗壓力
  • Good communication and able to work under pressure. 
  • 具備產品專業知識
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Institutions customers. 
  • 熟悉市場機制與金融規範
  • Informed in market competition, industry practices and regulations for Financial Institution. 
  • 良好的分析能力、問題解決能力、市場連結、與金融專業
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial.
