This exciting new position, Regional Partner Manager (RPM), builds a Partner Ecosystems of Resellers, Cloud Service Providers & Technology Alliances within a Territory that delivers new business growth for BlackBerry.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Builds a growth plan for their Territory Partner Ecosystem.
  • Builds growth business plans with their focus partner in Territory.
  • Growth categorized as Net New Logo (NNL), Net New Pillar (NNP) and Influencer Initiated pipeline and billings.
  • Forecasts growth for their Territory.
  • Enables the wider BlackBerry team on their Partners capability.
  • Focuses on mapping accounts with partner representatives while forming an integrated account plan that will ultimately optimize revenue and exceed the forecast.
  • Build a community of 25+ extended partner Sellers in their Territory.
  • Leads sales presentations in conjunction with Partner Sellers at the end-user’s locations.
  • Updates and manages pipeline(s) and prepares revenue forecasts.
  • Coordinates sales activities with other field sales representatives and managers.
  • Build a marketing (MDF) plan that drivers growth in their target Partners.
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest BlackBerry products and services, industry best practices, and customer needs; attends applicable training, conferences, and learns new tools as needed.
  • Learns and develops new skills quickly as needed.
  • Protects BlackBerry operations by keeping information confidential.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years minimum of related experience in enterprise software sales and/or related experience
  • Bachelor’s or high level degree preferred; relevant experience can be substituted for educational degree.

CRITICAL SKILLS:

This position may utilize one or more of the following critical skills to complete tasks and to satisfy the essential responsibilities of this role:

  • Intermediate ability to utilize lead generation tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of enterprise sales techniques.
